Support begins with a conversation.

Support groups offer individuals facing similar life circumstances support through in-person or online gatherings. Members offer one another emotional, practical, and informational support, fostering a sense of connection and shared understanding. These groups provide a safe space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and feel less alone.

Our support groups are designed to support individuals of all ages who are navigating the grief of losing a loved one.  Available groups include: 

Adult Bereavement Support Groups (ages 20 and above)

• Parents
• Siblings
• Partners
• Friends

Teenage Bereavement Support Groups (ages 13–19)

• Siblings
• Partners
• Friends

 Children’s Bereavement Support Groups (ages 3–12)

• Siblings
•  Friends
  *Parents or caregivers are not required to be present during sessions. However, a signed consent form is required if a child attends without an accompanying adult.

Our support groups are facilitated by Joshua’s family and close friends, who bring lived experiences of grief and loss into each session. Some facilitators are also currently studying psychology, offering an added layer of theoretical understanding alongside personal insight. Together, this creates a supportive, empathetic, and grounded environment where participants are met with care, understanding, and respect.

We meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
